I was very excited to see Vagabond ankle boots in the sale for a really good price. The ordering process was very quick and I had the boots within a couple of days, which was great. The boots were as good as they had looked on the site, so altogether I'm very happy!

Excellent online sports branded footwear store bought a fantastic pair of trainers which costs £80.00 in London bought for £67.00 bargain or what. You should do the same and get shopping plus free delivery and return you cannot go wrong can you just try them..

I ordered one design of shoe in two different sizes. The shoes looked lovely on the website photos. Disappointed when they arrived to find that part of the shoes was in fact patent leather which was not made clear on the website description or photos. They were very high quality and beautiful but sadly not suitable for my purpose. Would have been fine for a wedding or special occasion but not for everyday. I returned both pairs but the returns service is via ParcelForce and I had to wait in for the collection to be made. Would have been much easier if I could have taken the parcel to Post Office or CollectPlus service.
Customer Services were very helpful.

Shoes were exactly what I required at an excellent price. Order was quickly acknowledged and despatched. However Parcel-force then took from 6 May until 13 May to deliver (with lengthy pauses in their tracking information) - I consider this to be unsatisfactory delivery service. Delighted with the shoes when they finally arrived.

fine if you know your exact size and can purchase a pair of shoes without having to go through the nightmare of a return! Communication after return request slow and tedious and the logistics of the return just terrible. Basically if you are unemployed oe retired with nothing to do except sit at home waiting from 8.am to 5pm for a pick up by Parcelforce, then you won't have too much of a problem!

great boots. real value.would have been 5 stars but delivery took 2 weeks when 3-4 days was stated. would use again. good choice of footwear on website. CHEERS

Did not get a clear opportunity to provide an alternative delivery address after entering my details. Informed brandosa straight away, no reply, then told it was to late to amend the details. 10 days later item still not received, chased up and they had to contact parcel force. Turns out their was an error with the address, yet this was only discovered when i contacted brandosa. Brandosa then confirmed an address with parcel force but it was not the updated address I had provided. This means I will have to visit the post office to collect the items, although I still have not received anything nearly 3 weeks later. My online account has also not been working and I have not received and email notification to change my password as I requested.

fantastic service really fast delivery also sent item back for smaller size but there was no fuss rang and arranged for collection from home when it was best for me best of all it was free collection. i will continue to use them and also i would recommend my friends

Stumbled across the website by accident and was surprised how much cheaper branded shoes were than on the high street. They offer free delivery and returns and you can track the order from the minute it has been placed and until you get the parcel to your door. I will be using them again and have no complaints or worries.

Great shoes at a great price. However, ordered on a Thursday and was told it would be with me on Monday, but it didn't arrive until Wednesday.

I've ordered shoes for my little one. They arrived from Sweden very quickly and with a hand written personal note - very funny, very touching approach to clients. I've also dealt with their customer services - very quick, polite and efficient. One thing only to mention - their phone line in UK is not available at the moment, which is a shame, but email contact was as quick as phone!
I will definitely use Brandosa in the future and I'll highly recommend them to others.

Found the pumps I wanted and then got an extra £5 off for joining the mailing list.
They e mailed straight away with a tracking number so I could see where there were. A week later they were taken to my local post office, great service!
I am now looking to see what I can get my Son.

The ordering was simple and delivery was fairly prompt

So sitting on fence for this one, they had the stock at the best price. BUT. Delivery took over a week both times I ordered even though it says 2 days, and although customer service people are nice when u finally get though, the call centre is only open from 12-2pm. Returns are done by parcel force collecting from u which is a massive pain as u just have to wait around till they come.

So would I recommend it... Mmm if u don't have a choice and can't find it anywhere else buy from here.
