Wrong item delivered
Ordered a 12 step fibreglass step ladder. Accepted on the website but then was phoned a told they were struggling to get me one. Compromised on a 12 step aluminium one instaed and had a 10 step delivered. Was still charged for the 12 step fibre glass one.
