Late delivery fiasco
Late delivery, given items extra day but they couldn’t collect immediately then was told I would be charged for extra days. poor customer service, over 6 calls to try and sort this out!!! Resolved but blame put on automatic messaging….. well get rid of it! I will be looking elsewhere next time

Scaffold Tower Chaos
I ordered and paid for two scaffold towers, for delivery on the morning of 10th October. When they did not arrive by 1pm I rang the local depot and was told delivery was not scheduled until the following day. I was told that the depot could not deliver on that day. I then rang the head office and they confirmed the depot had made a mistake. I had to send my labourer away for the day. An hour later the depot rang to say they would deliver in the next hour!!
On delivery there was only one tower, not two. I again called the head office who confirmed it should have been two towers. As it was, I managed with only the one tower and was told I would receive a refund when the tower was returned. This happened on October 27th and I was told the refund would be in my bank within three days. I am still waiting on 8th November.

I needed to hire scaffold for a small domestic job, Brandon Hire were competitively priced and offered convenient delivery times. The equipment supplied was in good condition, no parts missing and suited my needs.
