Great first time experience

Will be coming back for the great gear and support. Flexible when I needed more time and easy to get more equipment and pick up as I’d ran out of sanding sheets.

The strimmer we hired failed in first use and we had to return and change to another strimmer as there wasn’t another in stock the same
This made our work a little harder but highly recommend the hire shop as the staff went above and beyond

It could have been a lot easier
The item I had ordered was not ready for the day I had selected online. When finally picking it up, the panel hoist was fully assembled such that it wouldn't fit in my car (as advertised). The staff lacked knowledge to disassemble it fully. I discovered that it was possible to separate the item into 2 more manageable pieces having arrived on site and finding that it had been, in fact, assembled backwards. In summary, it would have helped if someone had known a bit more about the equipment being hired out.
