This company is horrible. They have no California business license, they will extort you for money, they have poor business ethics/practices, and are nothing but a scam.

Scam artists. Paid them $600 to build a website. Then months later they asked for another $800 for other plugins and features they said they couldn't do for the initial amount even though I specifically asked them about it before.
Their tactic is to gauge how much you are willing to pay, because scamming you for something is better than nothing. Then they present you with something, probably using some website template and do some superficial changes to it to create the illusion of work so they can stall indefinitely while trying to get you to pay for more feature as well as try to upsell you to other services.
They tried to upsell me to having them build me an app. They inconsistently threw numbers out between $4000-$12000. Presented me with a "scope doc" which had terrible english and terrible use of tech terminology and hardly any features. They said if they typed everything out the document would be "too long".
With the website development they would come back every week or two saying "everything is done" and nothing was done. I basically had to have my sister correct the design and tell them what to do. There was never even beginning of development of the back end and they could not even understand how my product is distributed to be able to create one. I spent days quality assuring the UI, sending them the same lists of defects and making videos in LOOM, as per their request, to show them the defects and UI functionality I need them to change. They would just come back with the same "everything is done". They try to sell you on how all the work is backed by a money back guarantee. When I started asking for a refund they stopped responding.
I doubt they are even based in the US. I've seen many reviews where others have described the exact same experiences.

When we began our association with this company it was with a firm called Zesty Branding. Jayden built us a very nice website and was attentive to our needs and desires. Our real troubles began when one of our board members tried to make a donation to our organization through our page and discovered that this wasn’t possible because was in “test mode” and never fully activated. I contacted Jayden only to discover that he had left the company. Steve Phoenix was the person who answered the phone and informed me that in order to make the donation page active we would need to pay an additional $1500— which we did. It was at that point the I was informed that our website wasn’t ADA compliant, and to make it so they would charge us an additional $2500. I told him that I would need to discuss this with the board of the organization as I was not at liberty to do so without their approval. The next day I learned at our website had been disabled and redirected to a page that read “ Website suspended. due to non compliance. Please contact your developer.”

Branding Agency Inc. (the new name of the company) took our website hostage to try and force us to pay for their ADA compliance package. We were able to get into the website and take down their wall. Our website in now operational but if one searches for us on Google their noncompliance message appears at the bottom of the search.

Initially the agency delivered a nice product but the despicable, manipulative, and mean-spirited business practices make me sorry that we ever did business with this company. They are certainly a firm to be avoided.

I hired this company in April of last year. I was working with Jason who was a power salesman. He contacted me several times until we finally sent them $2450.00 for our marketing items. I have the emails stating that we were paying for 500 labels per product for 8 products. Also 250 product boxes per product, inserts and mailer boxes. Once the money was received we were turned over to what they call their "Design Team". I was contacted by Maria from this dept. I immediately had red flags go up because her English was horrible and the emails that she sent me were like a child's that was in elementary school. I repeatedly gave her the information we needed on our labels and she never got them right except maybe once or twice. I spoke with Jason in June and told him we needed our materials by October 4th because we were rolling out our Product for the 1st time. He assured me that we would get it by then. Long story short, it is March of 2022 and all we have received was 800 labels. And that was in December of 2021. We lost over $30,000 in possible sales because we did not have our packaging. Fast forward to today, March 23, 2022 and we have received nothing else that we paid for. Not one person will answer our emails or return our calls. This relationship started off with a lie when they stated they were based out of California when in fact they are based out of India. We have lost so much money by trusting this company and believe me the reviews that you see on their site are false/paid for. I assure you of this.

Contracted for stationary, cards and envelopes with the company logo. After contacting David for over a year, I finally received a box of business cards, and nothing else. Almost $200.00 for a box of cards. Then he just never contated me again. I would suggest that you pay them only COD otherwise, you're not going to get what you paid for.

After numerous calls from Jayden, I decide to hire him a month to month due to his convincing attitude as I paid him the first mount, I instructed him to follow my direction as I am looking for a long relationship after 10 days that nothing done he sent me a questioner to fill out to build a backlinks when I submit it, he demands money for 6 month that I will not do, sent me the backlinks with the wrong information, he never provides me with passwords for those backlinks, when I ask him for user and password, I was told to pay for it as a form of blackmail
I am not recommending to anybody to use branding agency to use their services complain will be file by B.B.B as it's posted without approving it

Keep getting unsolicited calls and have asked this company numerous times to stop calling me. They have not.

Working with Branding Agency and, in particular, Ethan Watson, has been an absolute pleasure. I was very nervous to work with someone exclusively online, especially because my job request was quite different than what they typically do on a daily basis. Ethan made the process easy from start to finish. He communicated with me frequently, was responsive and patient with all of my requests and changes and always presented me with very professional work. In the end, we have a logo and accompanying materials that we are so very happy with and proud to have representing our cause. I'm so happy that I got the courage to seek out this online experience. It was completely successful and saved me quite a bit of money on my tight budget, too. I am a very grateful and satisfied customer.

I have to give this place negative stars to properly make you aware. A simple task of converting a drawing into a logo took several months. The whole time the project manager, John Martin, hassled me to buy more things like business cards, Copyrights, website design, and product. I purchased shirts that wasn't anything like I requested three months prior to receiving and never got anything else from them. I've requested cancel of everything else but they never returned any $. They drug it out long enough for my credit card to not be able to dispute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! RUN AWAY!

Jason Roy, he is a man of integrity, who did a pretty good job at creating me a logo. He also did a good job staying in touch with me as I have a really busy schedule. The downside to working with this company is I felt pushed to buy more products like shirts. I did finally agree to buy some shirts and found there products expensive and the order process very clumsy. My order was delayed and when I got it, the shirts were the wrong color. The fact is I asked for blue shirts and they sent me purple. I asked for long sleeve, they sent me short sleeve. They also double billed me $290. I had to call my bank and get the charges reversed. Jason said he was aware of a glitch in the system.
I think Jason has real talent and I want to work with this company again, but they need to make this mistake right and send me the product I really need. I'm an HVAC tech and purple polo shirts with white collars are not suitable for our work. I asked for black collars. The black polo shirts you sent also had white collars.

This company is amazing I’m not sure about other clients but their customer service is excellent. They have been patient with me as I have been with them. I’m confident that my e-commerce website will be amazing when it’s completed. Maria and her team is taking very good care of me while helping me learn a new skill.

I been using Branding Agency for all of my website, hosting, Web maintenance SEO, printing and branding needs. They alway come through, stand behind their work and are very accommodating. My project Manager Is fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

Im a first time website owner and I felt That Jason Parker did well on designing the website.
He Fixing all correct that were requested.
Only flaws I felt With being a first time website owner was
that I felt like I wasn’t told all the expenses up front when we started the process of the website.
Also Something took longer then the given Dates.
For the future i hope There’s just better communication for people starting up a website for the first time that doesnt know what’s going on But the website as a whole turnt out good.

Maria is the best , It was a nightmare until I got to Maria, she is a true professional the kind of person you are going to need to navigate your new projects.
Don’t work just with anybody, if you want good work please ask for Maria.

As a new company, I explained my budget upfront to Michael. We were given a deal to steal. My first draft was ignored, but I accepted the creator's design because he seemed to not get my rough design and I needed a logo on a small operating budget for advertising we took it. It was good and it would have worked temporarily.

Unfortunately, with me giving good clear instructions regarding my logo and stationary needs with complete editable files I was lied to. I tried on many attempts to work with Jason to fix it (all files saved as photos, including the ones he said were edit files, and I was sent an edit converter which was difficult to use) ... I asked for a refund.

I trashed the files and increased my advertising budget to a legitimate company who can ...do the work as agreed!

I guess one gets what one pays for...run.

Unfortunately, for Michael and Jason, I liked them but they MUST be careful how they treat start up companies. You could've made money with my company once we jump start.

Please please and I am asking please do not use these scam artist. I asked for a company logo provide all the graphics and all a revived the same graphics with a triangle on too😂😂they got me good. I promise you as soon as they introduce themselves I should have know those are not their names. All I could think of the capital one commercial with Peggie. Anyways, you will not get your money pack, and no they are not from California. Well plaid John Martin from India. Don’t be me and deal with these headaches. Move along to a different company. Again please do not fall for it, I can’t believe I did, I guess I’m getting old.

It's been nothing but a pleasurable experience working with Maria and her team! Excellent and fast customize service and attentive to details. She had brought my brand alive especially with the custom made logo for Sonnieseanaturalproducts. You cannot go wrong the price for their art is worth the investment for my business. I would recommend anyone who needs a start to contact the for their business needs. I cannot wait to see the finished product of my e-commerce page! Awesome professionals!!!!

Paid for a website to be developed and put on my hosting site. When the site went live, it was put on their hosting server. The onle way I found out about this is that my webmail client wouldn't work. Finally got it transferred to my host, but only in a zip file and then had to have my hosting unzip, then install and remake the databases. Still have issues with trying to put images into my gallery. When I contacted Ethan about this, I was told that it would cost me more money to resolve. Stay Away From Branding Agency!!!!!!
