Shirt was exactly as described and I was pleased with the price and communication but it was sent to me with the security tag still on .Luckily I managed to remove after a struggle because I had the tools. Probably would put me off from ordering anything else.

Permanent fold marks on Lacoste polo shirt
I ordered a men’s Lacoste polo shirt. Once I opened it I noticed it had white fold marks that don’t seem to come off. I think they’re probably iron marks or something as the fibres of the fabric seem to be damaged. I sent an email/msg regarding a replacement and no one got back to me. I regret buying this shirt. Not happy

Dirty Havaiana’s
I ordered a pair of yellow havaviana flip flops, which arrived quickly. Unfortunately they were dirty. I contacted Brandwear which sent me a free returns label but unfortunately the Havaiana’s I wanted are now out of stock, so very disappointed as I am now out of time to find a replacement.
