Ordered in april. 1 shirt got delivered achter a long delay. Received a message after mailing and calling the polo could not be delivered.
They are not responding on any form of communication right now. Shady business, never order here!
I’m waiting for 6 weeks now and start calling after the second week. You always get the answer it will be in our warehouse this week en next week Tuesday it will be delivered.
I suggest to all who think to place an order here not to do it, I have doubts if this company is real. Checking their credit score they get a 5 out of a 100!

My order number is 200103437 and I had placed an order on the 25/0/8/2017. It was supposed to have been delivered in 4 weeks time.
After several delays which lasted 3 months, I received an email from Brandeal saying that the order will be processed on 23/11/2017. Prior to this, I had received four emails stating that the delivery has been delayed. However two weeks has passed by after the latest email notification and I have received no information about this. It has been close to three months since the order and I have not received it. This is unacceptable. I understand that you are merely a supplier, however, if you do not have the product in stock and have to depend on your suppliers, you should give a realistic delivery time/date to the customers instead of what has happened now. I would appreciate it if I can get a realistic update as to whether this order will be processed or not.
Also I would like to know what are my options to cancel this order and receive a refund.
