Format issues with printing but logo itself is great
I ordered a logo which involved two vibrant and distinctive colours. When printed, the result was a considerable colour discrepancy. This is sometimes the result where the product is intended for a medium other than online use, but this risk really needs to be made clear. The company has however done its best to put the matter right and logo itself is perfect.

The company is charging my account each year after I cancelled my subscription
The company has been charging my account after I cancelled, 2 years ago. The only way to contact them and I have3 times is through email. And they keep charging my card and they cause me grief by doing this and I have to keep contacting my bank every year

It's so easy to use and there are so many options, carefully arranged by style. Everything is customizable, but if you get stuck, then there are templates to guide you. And, the cost is reasonable. Thank you so much.
