Order 6147 placed on May 28, 2024, until today, no info regarding shipping, customer service not available, no reply to email request. Payment processed on my credit card already. Terrible service, will never order again!

I ordered on your website over a month ago and the amount of Euros has already been debited from my account. I never received my package or a response to my many emails. I even texted you over instagram but also didn‘t get a response. My order number is 6066. This lack of communication raises my suspicion that this may be a case of internet crime. Please send me my items or a refund of the purchase price.
