Worst customer service ever. I waited for 3hours for someone to respond once she responded. She didn’t even let me explain my issue she just hang up on me saying “I can’t hear you” even thou she could hear me clearly. She did that intentionally after only being in line with me for 5secs.They don’t care about their customers.

I was giving this card by a company I work for, I tried to get them to take my account information for my cash app and instead they gave me this card. I wasn't upset until I tried to transfer my money over off this crappy card and they charged me $8.90 to move it to cash app. I've called customer service probably 50 times I've never been called back leaving my number does not matter sitting on the hold for 40 minutes doesn't matter. If you use the chat window they act like it's all acceptable and that you have to go to Uber apps to change your account to cash app I don't work for Uber I don't have an Uber app when I said this they just change the topic and tell me that it was okay my company was taking the $9 for transferring it to cash app I have screenshots of everything the guy's name is Anderson that I spoke to on the app and then he hung up on me and block me on the app so that the chat EBT thing won't even work on that avoid this at all cost if an employer tells you you have to take this card quit on the spot it's not worth the headaches you're going to have to deal with they have unbelievable amount of fees stacked on their cards that they try to hide

I was clearly double charged for 3 different transactions on my account 01/04/2024 . For what I’m not sure when I only purchase the item once .. took forever to get in touch with customer service when I finally talk to a rep she made no sense at all saying they where pending transaction when clearly they say posted .. put me on hold to try to redeem her lie and came back still not making sense so I’m going to just start withdrawing my money from this when spark deposit my little check .

Most horrible experience I ever had I rented a car from hertz December 18 they put an authorization hold on my account returned the rental now branch is saying they will hold Mt money for a period ofv30 days worst experience ever
The reps I've talked to were decent enough. However, I would advise against using it. Even for Uber. It takes days to get an Email address changed and forever to even get a rep on the phone.
Unfortunately, Ubers security algorithms can randomly lock you out of your instant pay accounts without being able to edit them for days at a time too. So rn I don't trust either. My only recourse is pulling my days earnings straight from a branch free ATM and depositing the cash directly into my own banks ATM.
I just got an email with my supposed December bill. I have never heard of this company. I have no reason to even need then. I have to assume this is a scam as there was no invoice only a sales site.
i would give this zero stars if i could. my job decided we needed this bank for our tips, and we had no choice in the matter. this bank is so shady. they will limit how much of your own money that you have access to. if you want to move YOUR OWN MONEY into YOUR OWN BANK, you have to pay exorbitant fees. like up to 20% of the amount that you’re transferring. and if you need to transfer more than $300, too bad, you can’t. unless you move the $300, pay a $6 fee, then they’re generous enough to allow you to take another $300 (of your own money) out of an atm, but of course with another $6 in atm fees. and you can’t do multiple transfers at once either. this bank tells you when you can have your money, how much of your money that you can have, and how much you need to pay them to access it.
i can’t wrap my brain around why anyone would CHOOSE to use this highway robbery disguised as a fake bank. avoid this ”bank” like the plague. it’s so bad, i’ve considered leaving my job to not have to deal with it.

If I can put zeros I would my account got hacked multiple times and not once did the notify me or anything. They are a joke. Spark driver needs to go with a better company. Got hung up on the whole sha-bang. Still fighting with them today to shut down my account, still haven’t after I went through the whole process.Red flag!! Save your time and go with an actual bank or a trusted one that will alert you on theft etc charges.
Its a fraud bank please dont believe them, took my $450 and when filled a dispute never gave me my money back. Never ever believe them. Just a cheater bank i have never seen such a fraud bank.
I have called two days in a row with no answer. I have requested a call back, and have not received any. I have emailed and while they do respond, it appears to be automatic with no answer to the issue. They have asked me for further information and I have given it twice with no response. Do not respond to this review acting like I haven’t been more than willing to comply with each “agent” only to get ignored. Branch is a scam. They take your money. They do not want to help.
Literally told 4 people at this company to stop emailing me. Now they've forced me to waste time and write a review. Sales tactics are unprofessional. No means no. How many more times do I have to say it.

They are a scam of a bank. I work for uber and my only option is this dam bank. First off they don't pick up the phone if there is a problem with their account. 2nd I requested a transfer from this bank to my own bank. They promise you an instant and charge you $5.00 I got my transfer 6 hours later and they refused to refund me. This bank is junk.

Do not work for a company that offers this nonsense. It is not direct deposit. Pay outs are typically all over the place . You have to wait 2-3 days after your payed to direct deposit to you bank account . Or pay more money to do so . When you no longer use this it’s more of a hassle to get rid of them . Company is very harassing if don’t like your review.

The fact that you are free and get driver's SSN is shady as hell. Maybe fix the issues causing 1 star reviews instead of having a nice webpage. Lowest bidder is sad when it comes to handling worker's pay and personal info is dangerous and unnecessary security wise .....

Deleting your account is difficult, and they want you to send personal info via email. I jumped through their hoops and still couldn’t get my account closed. Coincidentally (or not), my identity was stolen soon after all this. Finally, I got an email saying my account was closed. About a month later, I get an email saying it was reactived. WHAT? Then was asked to start the process all over again. Super shady. Use this app at your own risk.
