Poor at best
This was almost a 1⭐️ Review as I paid for 24 hour delivery on thursday afternoon only to be told I wouldn’t receive my item until Monday as it only got dispatched Friday afternoon. Fast forward to today(Saturday) and I receive a message saying my parcel will be delivered today between 0839 and 0939. It arrived at 0845. I’m sure it’s DPD that’s saved you from a 1⭐️ Review by delivering on a Saturday at their own discretion. Also your customer service is poor, 3 messages I’ve sent and you only replied to the one where I said I’d return the items if I didn’t receive a reply. The other 2 have been totally ignored which is a shame as I wanted to add a couple of extra items to my order.
All in all a pretty poor experience and I can safely say I won’t be recommending you to anyone else, I’ll send them to MTEC instead.

Hello Adam we're really disappointed to read your review, however this is your opinion and that's fine. But let us explain in more detail, You ordered after close of business on Thursday 18th 6:01 pm which means your order would not be picked etc until Friday 19th, our website does not offer a Saturday delivery and you selected DPD24, which means you order will leave on a 24h courier service and yes Monday would be the expected date, Should you have selected the FREE DPD48 delivery would most probably have been Tuesday, when selecting DPD24 it does not mean its 24hrs from clicking the buy button.
In regards to your other comments, we reply to emails as soon as we can but as were usually very busy but try to respond within 24hrs, some large companies out there like PLC's etc can actually take a week to reply to your email so I don't think several hours is too bad and I sure most readers will agree. However if your message is urgent we do still use telephones where you could speak with someone regarding your order.
Its interesting why you would recommend MTEC instead, as if you have used them previously why did you then order from us if their products are so good? and if you haven't used them then why would you recommend them?
