Absolutely scammers! Order placed months ago! No delivery, no communication whatsoever! I’ve sent so many emails and had not a single response! They took my money but never delivered the product! Do not order as you won’t get anything and they just take your money!

I’ve been chasing weekly and still no response.
Unfortunately I have recommended to friends too, who are also experiencing the same problem…
If you go onto their Instagram page and click onto their link it then takes you to the same product with a different name - seems like they may have changed the name for some reason, it’s now called natrabears.

I started using these in sept/oct 2024, first order took ages to arrive, I got in contact and they responded straight away and sent out my 3month supply.(Purple gummies at this time) unreal, they really helped my son (6 at the time) who has adhd. Ordered again in January 2025 and they came within 10 days, again 3 month supply, only they had changed to green (son was quite fussy, but still took them) so, put in another order 22nd April 2025, and I have emailed 5 times, reached out on social media (I used Facebook the first time back in oct, and they private messaged me back) now I can't even find that convo on my chat list. The change in my son is shocking to say the least, it just shows that these were actually really helping. I have now gone for another brand and I'm just hoping they are going to be as good as what the brainy bearz were.

Do not order! No product delivered, money taken from my account and no reply to a single email.

No product delivery and no response to emails. So frustrated, ordered these on the 2nd March, got a dispatch notice two weeks later then nothing. I've sent two emails, messages on social media and complete radio silence. Absolute scam, profiteering off people who want to help their neurodivergent children.

I am having the same problem as other people on here. I paid £60 on 6th March and have not received my delivery yet. I have sent emails and tried to message them on Facebook to chase but no reply yet. I am not sure what to do next?!

Really poor! I ordered the first Brainybearz for my daughters 11+ last Sept. but they didn’t arrive in time. They took weeks to arrive. I chased them up and was told they would be with us soon. They arrived, too late for the 11+ but they seemed to help. My daughter is AuDHD. So I ordered another pack. This time I ordered 3x but received the menopause supplements by mistake!! I have emailed about 7 times but know one has replied. They are useless to me! It’s a shame as I would have re ordered but I won’t bother now. I will stick to novomins!

Ordered 9th feb, emailed 22/02 and still no delivery. Shop, The app they refer you to to track your order is a load of shite as well. Fuming they've taken my £60 and shafted me.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, I ordered January, had no response to emails, just a standard automated response that stated I had to wait 2 weeks for my order. I am still waiting no sure where to report next ad they can’t keep doing this to people it’s not fair. I was only trying to help the kids to live a more normal life and not be put in pharmaceuticals. It would have been quicker to learn to make my own and grow my own lions mane

I am still waiting for the company to reply to my emails regarding a refund as thr product has no substantial quality. It is alarming they are being allowed to sell the item without being properly tested and making unverified claims!!! It is a scam

Ordered in sept24 and emailed several times about order as they kept saying fresh order being processed. Anyway eventually complained to customer services and order did arrive November. Grandson has adhd and to begin would not take but after few days did start them and can say he has seemed a lot calmer and focus in school a bit better. He takes without any fuss. Now ordered 2nd batch xmas eve but again not great response atm so waiting and will review again when I receive my order!! One chance given so I hope this arrives soon as my grandson needs these.

I bought the gummy bears and other product for 90 pounds from Brainy Bearz thinking they are a trustworthy company. I have never received anything and I tried to contact them on email and on Facebook and have not got my money back either. Very unethical form a company that is supposed to make products for kids.

I bought 2 packs of gummies for my son (9 years old), BrainyBearz truly helped him to stay focused on the task needed to be done. Just after a week of taking BrainyBearz we seen massive results!! I couldn’t thank you guys enough!

Scam! Do not order! I’ve lost my money and no products received. I’ve been fobbed off numerous times with a standard email and no real contact. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS FAKE COMPANY!

Scam! AVOID at all costs. You’ll never receive your order and if you do, it won’t be what you paid for… Keep your money instead of sending it to these scammers!

Like most my social media feed was hammered with this advert - thought why not let’s give it a go. Initially very concerned as nothing arrived for ages. Emailed and like most again arrived within a couple of days. My little boy (6) currently being assessed for ADHD takes them and also my husband (I bought the grizzly bearz too). Expecting a magic wand at first (!) but I am pleased to say his teachers have noticed a difference with his focus and concentration to which aids him to learn in a busy classroom setting. That is a win for me. I bought the Black Friday deal recently so now have a 6 months supply!
I agree the packaging doesn’t look very professional but they seem to work so will continue using them.
I do wonder however if anyone’s little ones sleep has been affected?

I was one of those people who didn’t check reviews before buying. Luckily I used Klarna and got my money back. They don’t reply to emails. I actually received my order within 10 days ish!
I’ve binned them since but the packaging very concerning. You can hardly read the writing.
They are using a Ltd company name which doesn’t exist also a fake address.
I’ve got pictures of the products just wish I could upload for people to see.
They smelt ok but I wasn’t taking the risk of using them. If you want a decent product head over to Bears with Benefits!
