Horrible company. Horrible service. I ordered a pair of headphone pads, they never arrived. They even sent me the wrong tracking number for the wrong country. I contacted them several times asking for refund or to rectify the situation. They were unhelpful and always blaming "covid disruptions". I haven't had any "covid disruptions" with any other on line seller. Avoid Brainwavz just like you avoid covid. I only wish there was a vaccine against Brainwavz as well.

Overall shopping online is a good experience. The ear pads purchases are of good quality. But the 3d printed sennheiser ear pad adapters quality are questionable. Both the left and right adapters I purchased had a break somewhere although I still managed to use it for my sennheiser hd650 headphones so that I could use the brainwavz ear pads.
Super comfy cushions
I bought these pads to revitalise 2 older pairs of Sony headphones - the venerable MDR-7506's and also a pair of MDR-1R's.
The sheepskin leather pads were easy to fit (with minor modification for the 1R's, since they're not specifically made for them) and have improved the comfort of both pairs over the worn out original cushions, and rejuvenated the sound quality.
I wholeheartedly recommend these cushions if you're wanting to bring your headphones back to life.
Experience marred by shipping woes
So far my experience has been very poor. Brainwavz say on their site that items would be shipped immediately and that creates the expectation that the product would reach you within the timeframe stated on their site. I've been waiting for a month and a half for products ordered from Brainwavz and still can't even get shipping updates. To balance this out, we are in a global pandemic, and I understand that, but giving customers the option to use faster courier options or any option other than Chinese post would be hugely beneficial. I'll change my review once I get my products.

The earpads I got from Brainwavz were a great fit for everyone of my headphones from unknown brands such as Archgon, to the more populars House of Marley and Sennheiser. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good fit and durability.

I ordered replacement ear pads for my philips fidelios x2 headphones and some headphones and game pad stands, no issues.
Poor experience with support staff.
Poor experience with support staff/the delivery process. Online functionality and ordering process was fine, however, while the support staff was responsive, they did not actually look into my order. I ordered from Canada and followed up twice, once 2 weeks after ordering and another time 1 month after placing the order. Both times the support agent assured me that the order was in progress. Almost 8 weeks after placing the order, I emailed the HK-based delivery carrier and they informed me the shipment was never processed properly. At this point the support person reached out and told me it was going to be sent again.
All in all, I will end up waiting 3 months (~60 business days) for an order that said it should take 10-15 business days to deliver, possibly 30 due to COVID (which I understand and appreciate).
If the support agent had actually looked into my shipment when I asked the first two times, perhaps it might be different. They did not offer any goodwill gestures for this mishandling of the situation.
Price was good, though.

I have got quite a few varieties of earpads from Brainwavz.
The packaging, the shipping - but more so, the quality of the products is top notch.
For many products, you would get the best prices and varieties on earpads, especially premium sheepskin leather ones, but many others as well.
By now, I've had hybrid, oval sheepskin XL, angled sheepskin and regular sheepskin pads bought from them, and the leather ones of course are standing the test of time.
I would recommend anyone who requires replacement earpads for their headgear to first check if Brainwavz has a solution for you. If yes - and for a variety of products that is the case - I would not look elsewhere.
Having that experience, I'm sure the other wide variety of products they offer surely stand by, and will often exceed, the quality for the price.

Bought headphone ear pads with sheepskin leather, but it turns out only the part touching the head is leather, the rest of the ear pad (inside the cup, outside, and so on) is fake leather that flakes after a while. Extremely rude customer service when this was pointed out, telling me it was due to me not taking proper care of the product, which is laughable.
This was a few years ago when the pads were more than twice the price they are today too so I couldn't "expect" low quality from the price.
2 stars out of 5 since the pads actually were comfortable and worked great until they fell apart.

Good looking site, overprised dissapoining earpads
Good looking site, easy to navigate, variety of products, finding a replacement earpad set for my headphones and checking them out was without any issues, same with shipping, packaging etc. The big letdown though was the product itself. I bought a pair of "Headphone Memory Foam Earpads, XL size, PU leather" and the material started pilling away only a few months in. Big disappointment.

I bought a pair of pads for my HiFiMan Sundara, a large fenestrated pad in a RED color which I though would be a nice change-up to the nearly all black color scheme of the headphone. They were nice pads but unfortunately they were too big so they had to be returned. It's unfortunate but I had to go with another pad and they are BLACK..
