Quality issue of Brainwash
The concept of Brainwash Salon is no appointment needed. According to their website, there is always a spot the personnel can arrange for a customer when stepping in. It is not true in reality! Is it a quality issue of their website or personnel?
For several times, when I took the effort to go to the saloon, even no customer was there or there is idle personnel capacity, I was told that the day was fully booked. They would not mind helping you make an appointment for another day.
If you indeed want to make an appointment either by phone call or online, the system is too difficult or does not work at all.
Suggestion to Brain Wash, if making an appointment is the new rule, they need to make the systems work, or simply update the website for all the stores branded under Brain Wash that you need an appoint to be handled.
