trash customer service. I have been waiting 11 days for a response

I bought a Braiins 101 Mini Miner as the result of too much whiskey and joy.
Hungover the following day, I cursed myself as a fool.
The customer service at Braiins is the best I've ever had in the Tech industry.
Cannot recommend them enough.

Up until they added full native support for Braiins OS on their management software, we were using Foreman OBM, but we have since made the switch to Braiins Manager and it was a great improvement. Integration with energy markets is superior, the UI is much more user-friendly for our techs, and we have just recently started combining both triggers and the new controlflow actions to automate certain tasks and reduce the work that needs to be done manually.

Overall, would definitely recommend their business oriented products, especially since combining all solutions like firmware and pool earns us even higher returns.

Braiins clearly has brains, as their service is on par with a margarita filled bathtub heated by ASIC miners. I tried their mini miner and there is nothing mini about it, it's clearly the boss in the bitcoin town. I would fill my data center full of them if it wasn't already infested with rats. Jokes aside I love Braiins, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and services.

I don't know who reads truspilot reviews for b2b bitcoin mining companies but hey I'm a user so here it is: Braiins do great software for the btc industry since 2010 and have great reputation. I use it because I mine more sats. Simple. Cheers!

The Braiins bmm 101 that i received was defective straight out of the box. I bought directly from Braiins, not 3rd party or resellers. Tech support was unable to resolve the issue and stopped responding. So I'm stuck with a really expensive paper weight. Protect yourself and avoid this company at all costs.

Very strange company.
The recruiter didn’t show up for the first interview, showed up for the second one, and then completely disappeared. I waited for a reply for three weeks, only to be told by their project manager that the recruiter was on vacation. Do you guys even work there?

I've mined for many years. The hope of lucking up and landing some BTC is the distraction here. The SCAM is trading a paper weight for your cash (you buying a device that won't mine crap) I think this company has been at the SCAM for a while at this point.

I love mining with them! It's so easy to receive payouts to a lightning address, and basically free of charge. And their app is great for monitoring your mining.
But the big cherry on top is their hardware: the BMM101 mini miner. Seriously, it's quiet as a whisper while delivering a steadfast 1Th/s, plus the display is cool. You should totally get one. 🧡

Ripoff scumbags, the first time I ever tried to withdraw a measley $50, which they were getting $38 for the fee, they banned me. Over $12 they banned me. What a joke!

I use the free daily mining just because the $2 a month bonus is enough to pay the donation fee for a good cause in supporting a developing nation citizen. I discovered the electricity payment button the hard way. So when Braiins cut off my withdraw I was surprised. They will tell you that your electricity bill has blocked your withdraw if your miner plan upgrade has not earned a balance to PAY ELECTRICITY. That means when my $352 plan was bought with earning from the $100 plan There was a bill to pay both times. What it means is that you only get 1 (one) test withdraw for your investment. So you need WAIT PATIENTLY for the miner earnings to UP THE ELECTRICITY PAYMENT BUTTON to get a ROI for the rest of the 365 days from your last plan ordered.
Personally, I invested $60 to speed up the process and got back $17 from only 1 sample withdraw that landed in the bank within 48 hours. But when I never checked the popup for the second or third plan, So I, Without knowing about the power fee for the purchased plans, my account got blocked. But then finally their lawyers showed me how to pay electricity bill they say my mining has caused. But looks like I will be waiting a few more days til my miner has $1020 to pay my billx.
WARNING: Do not attempt a second withdraw after you run the gauntlet of depositing your procedures protocol to bank your money - find the electric bill and keep earnings in the wallet to pay first. A second withdraw means you might get punked for your investment. Or the mining company executive will ask for more investment capital.

You cannot withdraw from this website they tell u, u are in a blacklist and don't explain why. When you write to them they do not answer unless it's about deposit. Stay away it's a scam

Rip off Scamming site I hashed 2ph/s today pool found no blocks for over 28 hours, while other pools had found blocks what waa i hashing with my my 2ph/s costing me over !00 euros for reental and got paid 2000 satoshi 0.00002btc with my single rig at 20th/s.
i believe hashrate being stolen to mine their pool.

id sstay well away from these russian crooks as if all hashrate wasn't diverted could haave found 5 blocks easy not 1st time it happened, gonna mine off my min threshold, withdraw and close my account everyone should do the same boycott this site
