Having explained two problems (a leak under the kitchen sink and dripping kitchen taps), I was assured that these could be dealt with. The engineer came in the agreed time slot and proved to be very competent and pleasant. The fact that I was able to get the job done just a few hours after my call was another plus point, as was the care that the engineer took to clear up afterwards.
The only negative was that the cost was quite high, but probably on a par with plumbers in general.

Very quickly they responded and fixed our clogged bathtub. They fixed it in 20 min of calling them. Price, comparatively we found this reasonable.

Have used this firm a few times now. They always try to get out as quickly as possible, service is always friendly and efficient and a breakdown of cost always provided when needed. I’ve used them for more costly jobs and simple radiator bleeds for the whole house and will always use agai.
