Used this service today. Everything including and inclusive of download smooth (really smooth, appreciate, although I moved 1421 .dcm files!). Thereafter, I waited for 3 hours to get a 1st reply. 4h after transmission I had no clue of what is going on. A liver thing was vaguely pinpointed, but no clear statement full body scan about the aspects they promised! This transmission yielded me nothing.
