HAVE YOU GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. This would have been 5 stars had I continued to get the great service I use to I have been a customer for about 4 or 5 years making big orders especially over the summer months the kids really enjoy their products to and they can be picky. I love their food as I’m very particular about my food and have a large family and they have been the only butcher to cater to the types of packs that I like. Always been very impressed with their quantity and quality of food, fast delivery even on a free delivery and easily contacted and resolved. Until I placed an order on January 26 this year I had no complaints I received confirmation of my order as usual but no delivery date I’ve sent emails with no response which is unusual as I’ve usually been responded to the next day, no answer to my facebook messages again odd as usually answered by the next day but the phone number again which is odd is coming up unrecognised and there’s no alternative. I have never been treated like this by the company and I still don’t have my order which again is odd. Before this I’ve only ever had one issue with an item missing out of one of the bbq packs I placed one summer they were very easy to get a hold of by email and returned my email and called me and not only did I get the item that was missing they sent me a new full bbq pack free for the inconvenience within a few days.

BEWARE - It looks like this Company is no longer trading but their website is still taking orders! I Placed a Christmas order for £92 on 18th December 2023 and never received it. I've raised a dispute with PayPal to refund my money.

I have used Brady butcher originally was called an other name , I have always ordered 2.27kg of bacon which had gone up to £11.99 my recent order arrived and they are only giving you 1kg for £11.99 I spoke to a girl called Natasha who said she would look into this as over 100% price rise is not right I have waited one week and no answer even they way they deliver your good has gone down hill not even a proper box never mind having ice cube to keep the meat cold not a lid either have I could give this company a zero I would

Bought the steak pack on line, couldn’t believe the price and thought this might not be up to much but how wrong was I! Delivered (free) within 48 hours and quality is as good the advertised pictures. Absolutely delighted, only problem is I’ll need to empty the freezer before I can order again. Thank you Bradysbutchers, excellent quality and price.

Absolutely terrible. They take your money & when you don’t receive your goods they don’t reply to your emails & block you on social media. Absolutely disgusting company. I thought I could expect more from a Scottish company. AVOID!

Ordering was effortless, delivery was too! Now for the butcher meat itself…we ordered the Meatasarus Box….OMG best sausages and burgers I’ve ever had, links are amazing too the steaks and gammon steaks…totally delicious haven’t tried the rest yet but they look every bit as amazing…the loin steaks are HUGE…. This was the first of many orders!! Just need to clear some room in the freezer to order more!!! soo glad I found you!!!

This was my first order and I ordered a protein pack which was very good value for money and there wasn’t anything I could say didn’t taste good.
The kids loved the burgers and the Italian sausage.
From order to delivery everything was a simple process and the delivery driver was punctual and pleasant.

Constant spam emails never used or heard of this company no option to opt out of emails and you get ignored when asked to be removed from their list

This is the first time we had used Brady's but it certainly won't be the last. We ordered the meat for Christmas Day and can say everything was excellent quality. Delivery was superb and on time within the hour slot allocated. Thanks for excellent product, service and communications. Highly recommended.

Just received our first delivery from Bradys Butchers.
I love my steaks and struggle to find decent ones anywhere.
It looks like I've now managed that as we tried the sirloin tonight for dinner and it was up there with the best that I've had. ( even with my cooking)
Super juicy flavoursome and practically melt in the mouth we all loved them.

The saga goes on with this totally unprofessional outfit. I have a quality complaint with this company and despite requesting them to correspond with me over the matter, they are completely ignoring my emails, despite one going to the 3 registered offices of the limited company.
Hopefully other will not have cause to complain, but if they do they will have no chance if resolving it.
