They talk up a good game but were unable to follow through with promises. They also cost us $3000 due to dates not being correct for settlement. I believe this would have been picked up from our end if they did not come to your house with an iPad to get you to read it and sign it there while they are waiting and looking at you. We went with this agent because they had the block of land we wanted to purchase. In all not a good experience.

Having initially met with three different agents, Andrew stood out from the outset. His direction and advice proved to be spot on. In the current climate we thought we would be in for a good result, but Andrew and his team delivered an exceptional result. The whole experience was a pleasure and we could not be happier.
