First use of click and collect good.
First time using this service and overall very good with time and efficiency. One slight negative the wrong type of edging stones were put up meaning a delay while the very helpful forklift driver corrected the issue.

Delivered exactly as quoted
The branch manager cslled me to confirm receipt of my order and said I'd receive a text to confirm my delivery date and time which I did. It arrived on time as stated and the delivery drivers were great. Brought the order in to my hallway as I have a back disability. Very courteous and extreme polite and helpful

Such a smooth purchase from start to finish.
I bought a fence post and postcrete online using Bradfords Web page. Easy to use and the cheapest in the area. I received a phone call to say my order was ready for collection on the same day. Collected it from the yard without any problems, staff were all very helpful and polite. Excellent.

Excellent service as always
Excellent service all round. Website is clear and easy to use, communications on delivery were very good and the delivery driver was great in getting to the back of our property where the materials were needed, saving us carrying everything from the roadside.

Online order placed bank holiday Monday phone call Tuesday advising it would be delivered on the Wednesday. Reasonable prices and also free delivery which an alternative store was going to charge us £30 to deliver. Updates on delivery times throughout. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
