Easy to order, fast delivery
We had ordered from Bradfords before but halfway through our building project we needed more materials. It was easy to order and delivery was fast. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The gentleman delivering was extremely helpful and friendly, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was efficient in his task and placed the bags where we requested.

Skilful and helpful delivery driver.
The delivery driver was very helpful and managed to ‘squeeze’ his large vehicle into a very small space to allow him to offload exactly where we asked. A lovely young man and an excellent skilful driver!

Incorrect online product inventory!
Ordered item online, went to collect and it was not the item I reserved for collection. The item I purchased online was an older model but in store for collection was the newer model which did not match the description on their website.
This was not the fault of the actual store but an error on their website which is run by the online department. This would have been a 5stars but it caused a huge inconvenience for me due to the fact I travelled 40mins for collection and the item was incorrect.
On the plus side the team at the store happily gave me a refund which I got the next working day.

Easy to purchase, but delivery was random, only got text mid day saying delivery time...later that day. Would have liked a text first thing so i could plan for the day.
