Sat in 2 days waiting for the delivery…
Sat in 2 days waiting for the delivery From Blandford said it would be out the next day. Had driver problems and transferred the delivery to Wareham the next day. I rang to find out the driver was stuck in Blandford. Patience was wearing thin. They delivered it last order on that day. So it was a 2 day wait from them saying in would be with me.
I have used this company and the guys and gals are great and professional service.

Long wait & move me around…
I tried to find the goods I wanted (big bag sharp sand and 2 types creocote) at a nearby depot. You wouldn't let me click and collect the sharp sand and wouldn't let me click and deliver the creocote. Then much later you directed me to a store a long way away to click and collect the sharp sand. You still haven't told me if the creocote is in stock or where it is.

You can not order goods for click and collect that are not in stock in your local branch Michael, the branches highlighted on the list have the products you wish to order in stock but you are under no obligation to select them, if I have misunderstood your comments I apologise, I hope it was not one of our staff members who suggested you travel a long distance!

Even in these difficult times
Even in these difficult times. Delivery only a few days extra to arrive. Apparently inundated with orders so very well done everyone at Bradfords. Also had a phone call on a Sunday just to confirm items and delivery day on the Monday - could have knocked me down with a feather ! So well impressed with the company. Delivery driver very helpful and followed all distancing recommendations . Thank you

Cannot fault the service I have received: I placed my order on the Sunday, and on the Monday we all went into lockdown- I assumed I wouldn’t see my goods for weeks. Bradfords not only honoured the transaction, but under the circumstances delivered them in a timely manner, the driver unloaded everything & left the delivery note where he said he would, all whilst observing appropriate Covid 19 protocols and still maintaining a polite & courteous manner. I will always go to Bradfords from now on- very impressed and grateful.
