Great communication from the min the order was placed. The delivery guy got the 2 dumpy bags full of gravel in the exact place I requested them - very skillful.

My local Bradfords is Moretonhampstead Waste wood.
My local Bradfords is Moretonhampstead and I dropped in today to collect some wood from the scrap bin. I make hedgehog nesting boxes and feeding stations I do not sell them but distribute them throughout my village. I was told that I wasn't allowed to do this anymore because as the young man said, "we had a discussion". I asked at the counter why I wasn't allowed this and was told that and i quote, "Can't come in and help myself because I hadn't been seen in the yard buying anything". Now, I am a keen DIY'r and as I live only a mile and a half from Moretonhampstead I am in the yard buying stuff quite often. I'm really surprised at this decision because I normally get on great with the guys who work there and even showed them what I do with the waste wood and they all more or less said well done to me.

Good Afternoon John
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the change in decision to let you take waste wood from the branch.
I have spoken to the branch and they have asked on your next visit to see Daniel Mullin or Mark Bailey. This appears to be a misunderstanding and Daniel and Mark would like to rectify this for you.
Kind Regards,
Sam
