Very posh new bathroom.
I've put off having a new bathroom for over two years wasn't keen on the up heaval. Went to Bradfords in helston cornwall. Met Jason he made it all so very easy from start to end. He listened to what are needs were I have mobility issues. He came to visit our home and planned the most amazing bathroom. First thing my husband said when we saw the design we can't have a bathroom like that in a house like this it's way way too nice. Jason did an amazing job keeping us in budget. I'm afraid I blew the budget adding a few things here and there. The final results truly unbelievable and amazing I still can't belive between Jason's designs and the highly recommended bu bradfords builder they transformed are sad damaged falling apart bathroom to what's there now. I can't recommend Bradfords enough and Jason was easy to speak to and ask questions the staff are lovely there they even have a stair lift I always felt comfortable in bradfords and was looked after. Thank you so so very much to Jason and the team.

Storeroom Staff Excellent
Had to wait 10 minutes to be dealt with despite there being no queue as the lone member of staff was sorting out his drivers. The storeroom guys however were excellent and very helpful.

Chris went above and beyond to ensure the gravel was accessible which I really appreciate. Thank you. I also, ordered the gravel after 10pm and it was where I needed it within 12 hours! Can't complain.

I visited the Helston Cornwall branch…
I visited the Helston Cornwall branch which had just closed except for the main gates, I was asked what I needed and as it was a smallish item Steve/Chris opened up without being asked and dealt with me no problem, cheerful and saved me a 12 mile return trip.
Excellent service but it always has been.
