Delivery driver
Delivery driver. He noticed a split in the gravel bulk bag and before unloading it - he checked where the gravel was being used. It wasn’t on the drive but for the garden. So he didn’t unload it, but took it back to the depot and swooped it for a new bag. And delivered it later that day! Just brilliant customer service. Thank you!

Would just like to say what an amazing group of people work at the Glastonbury depot.went to buy some easy joint one of their men helped me find it put it in my car really friendly and chatty he was a real pleasure. Unfortunately one tub was faulty so had to return it the guys on the counter were amazing so friendly and helpful would definitely recommend nothing to much trouble for them well done guys.
