Very good efficient service !
Placed a web order over the weekend. First thing Monday morning I had a phone call to arrange delivery details.On the day,Order turned up a little earlier than planned but their member of staff was very friendly and efficient - I can 100% recommend them.

Really helpful - ordered a delivery over the weekend and 9am Monday received a call arranging delivery the next day. Driver was really helpful and delivered in the best place for us.

Delivery not notified
Bought "8x4" sheet of 6mm plywood. Free delivery was useful for something this size. Quality of plywood not brilliant but consistent with price. Ordered on-line and gave e-mail address and mobile number but got no notification of delivery: Lorry just turned up.

Apart from having to go out in yard to…very helpful yard staff!
Apart from having to go out in yard to find a guy to help myself (instead of reception radioing someone), I couldn’t fault them. Guys put posts into my car as well.

Would have been 5 but went to main…
Would have been 5 but went to main branch who sent me down the road to a secondary branch who did not have required timber and sent me back to where I started. Was then told they were not allowed to saw timber so I was given a saw to reduce timber to required length.
All other aspects were very good including delivery which was as per my slightly complicated requirements
