This delivery was my first order to Bradfords. Delivery arrived on the morning of the day stated the driver was extremely helpful with unloading and putting the materials where he was asked, can not ask for more.

Unfortunately the piece of timber was collected by my daughter and when I saw that my dogs disabled back leg is straighter, I was gutted but just bit the bullet and planed it down into something useable . Very disappointed .

Excellent service and communication re delivery time.
Fortunately I am a fit and active 70yr old, able to assist in offloading the delivery. It would be helpful if communication pointed out delivery would be by a single person, so assistance may be required with larger items. Not an issue for me, but could be for others.

Really good service. I placed my order online and quickly received a phone call to check details and any specific delivery instructions. Order came promptly at the agreed time and day. Delivery driver was pleasant and efficient. A good experience.

Really good service
Really good service. Prompt delivery and the driver went above and beyond by helping my daughter move it into the garage as it was raining.
Only criticism is that I bought 16 lengths of CLS and 4 of them had significant splits that have made a large portion of the product not fit for purpose.
Perhaps a little more care in chosing the wood for delivery may be needed.
