Let down by not returning my deposit on time
1/5 for Bradfords not returning my deposit as quickly as they took it! (Still waiting after 5 days for £245 to be returned).

Great service on my first visit to Bradfords
Well located. Easy to park. Able to chose what I wanted and order from my sofa at a good price. Great reception on arrival and redirected to click and collect pickup section where two very helpful characters sorted out my needs and entertained the dog!

Excellent service from order to delivery
Choosing the appropriate internal doors for my house was made easy by the clear and extensive online catalogue. When I had a query regarding delivery this was responded to quickly and in a very personal way, so I felt I had been properly dealt with. The products arrived when I was advised they would be.
