I seemed to do alright in ordering the item I wanted, but I have never received a receipt of any kind, and that it might be on its way.
When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

Ordered two coins for Father’s Day
Ordered two coins for Father’s Day. I rec’d confirmation and a ship/receive date of a week or so later. Never recd gifts, but was also not charged. 1 month later I was charged and now it says items shipped again. Obviously Father’s Day was a month ago and Nobody will answer the customer service phones.

I spoke with a supervisor last week…
I spoke with a supervisor last week regarding a billing issue spent over an hour on the phone with him. He was not helpful at all. Now or week later I get a bill that states overdue invoice when he told me that everything was all set and that I didn’t know any money and that the item I paid for was all set. I am so disgusted so irritated poor billing, poor recordkeeping, and poor customer service. I am now sending this item that I purchased for over $100 back to them and I will never order from them again. Anybody who orders from the Bradford exchange should really think about their purchases. This company has gone down the toilet!
