The product is good. But the shipping and the way to track it is a nightmare. The customer service is good, but not the best as it should be. At a certain moment, I thought I lost the item and I contacted Bradford for the second time. The product was in my home but in the tracking was still in the facility. The customer never knows the carrier, it’s crazy!!! The item was in my city for 5 days without being delivered. The anguish I had for days thinking the item was lost was terrible as it is a present for a veteran. I don’t think I will buy another item from this company.
