First shipment arrived broke returned it still waiting for replacement. Have another order that has yet to arrive and tracking is not easy. In fact it said no info when I have the original thank you for your order. Delivery times seem very slow would be willing to pay for faster shipping.

Nice produce but one of the featured emblems (NAVY) on the stein is off center and is noticeable. Lack of attention to detail is surprising considering the high price of the stein.

this product is an outstanding retirement gift. I purchased one years ago for a friend's retirement, and I know he was not only surprised but also bereft of any words to say how grateful and thankful he was for the gift. A gift of this magnitude really shows the individual how much you truly appreciate them.

Well crafted and a great value
The body of the stein is a different shade of blue (not navy). This is apparent to me; why is it not apparent to your employees, or is it. The top and partial bottom are navy blue.

Very colorful and the quality is superb. I have it on display because of it fits into my collection.
Expensive but looks very cool! Worth it to me!
I like the looks and design of the product.
The quality of this stein is lower than I anticipated — pieces are glued on and glue is visible, seeping through, font is printed and low quality, etc. The product is far below the gift standard for the occasion — a Naval Officer Commissioning Ceremony. I would like to request a full refund and return the item.
