Bad Service

While I like the product, my order was incomplete as I was missing the straps that came with my purchase. After 3 weeks since the order arrived, I still haven't got the straps and Brace Warrior support is giving me the runaround: not answering emails, saying they will send it, but not giving me a tracking number. I will never deal with this company again.

Great Services

I had searched several websites for a knee brace, but this one seemed to have what I was looking for. Although, I was unable to use the brace because of my huge thighs, they answered all my questions promptly and gave me the chance to try it. I received prompt replies and solutions to my problem. The brace looks like it would have been a great one. Thank you, Brace Warrior.
