I have sold 3 watches now to BQ Watches, each time has been a good experience, giving a fair price with super quick payment.
My most recent sale was handled by Kaylie, who was brilliant. I had other offers for my watch, I went with BQ watches as the company I totally trusted with a large amount of money.
I've not bought a watch from them, yet, but I would have no hesitation in trusting them when I do.
Overall, a company I would highly recommend as totally trustworthy and honest, which is so important when dealing with high value items.

We went in on the off chance that we could be seen, despite not having an appointment, but found the staff unbelievably welcoming and extremely professional. Nadia who we initially dealt with was very knowledgeable and polite. After our transaction had been agreed we met Spencer Dryer, the owner of the business and immediately we could see why his staff were so professional. We would throughly recommend them to anybody who is either looking to buy a top end watch or who has some that they don’t wear a great deal anymore and are looking to sell. Overall a first class unbeatable experience!

Very professional, offering peace of mind
I had tried selling my watch myself, but soon discovered that it was a minefield, from both sides (was I confident enough to send it to a complete stranger, were they confident enough to buy it from me?).
I did my research and found BQ Watches, from the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made the right decision. I was very impressed with the general set up, and Ilda was great, talked me through the whole process, and I left there feeling confident.
Ultimately it was Spencer who sold the watch for me (thank you Spencer), and the whole crew have been great, including Hannah & Lisa in accounts.
With their experience, and their showroom, I'm sure the buyer feels much more confident purchasing the watch from them. Plus there is knowing the market, insurance, postage, customs(?), after-sales etc to consider, none of which I was comfortable with, but BQ Watches are experts at.
I wholeheartedly recommend BQ Watches, it'll save you a lot of stress!
