BPM Imports LACK of help
I purchased an electric bike from bpm for $3500. I was happy with my purchase but ended up misplacing the key which is needed to replace the battery. I have called and written them several times with my most recent voicemail left on 9/8/23. They called back telling me I needed to send an email to address the issue further. I immediately emailed them and once again haven’t heard back. Not one time after receiving my purchase did they check in or ask if I was satisfied/needed anything else or if the order was delivered okay….nothing! That should have been my first clue but I figured after spending $3,500 they could at least reply and help me with obtaining a new key as I have proof of purchase etc. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of support and am at a loss of how to get a hold of these people
