I have no doubt that this would have been 5 star in normal times, working from home and internet problems during covid delayed action but there was ongoing action to find replacements and prompt action once problems were resolved.

Ignored customer service after receiving faulty spray gun
One day after buying found gun is faulty they still haven’t sent replacement or label to send back . E- mail again to ask for help and need was urgent to finish job still no reply . But recieved e- mail asking for how well they deed .
So I m still waiting with no help or contact from them . So I give them 1 star rating !
I hope they replace it or give my monnies back

Disappointed with the Blaupunkt…
Disappointed with the Blaupunkt quality. Have the PW7200 pressure washer. In two years I have changed the rubber washers in two separate places already . The pressure hose is also dying just after two years of average use.
It is really annoying when you are about to start wash you car and the water starts to come out everywhere but the pressure gun... happened twice...
No more Blaupunkt for me, thanks.
