For a start I have not receive my…

For a start I have not receive my goods, so feel I have not had a very good service to date. Secondly, When I placed the order I cannot recollect any card security. Subsequently my card details were stolen so I makes me wonder if this web site is a scam web site. Therefore so that I can believe this is a bonified site I would like a delivery date. If not I will get the order cancelled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I like many didn’t check the reviews before purchasing as my experience has been exactly the same. Placed the order and paid, got the order confirmation and invoice but no contact since. Emails, phone calls and online contact form all remain unanswered. No idea if or when I will receive my goods but am increasingly doubtful. This has all the hallmarks of a scam. Trust pilot reviews also are never answered. Pass it on to Trading Standards. I have also identified that the VAT number quoted on the website is registered to "Site Supplies & Distribution Limited, The Old Workshops, Oakland Moor Court, Farley Road, Oakmoor, Stoke on Trent, ST10 3BD" whose primary shareholder is Mr Louis Charles COTTERILL. Not sure if there is a genuine connection or the VAT number is incorrect on the website????????????????
11/02/26 - Just tried calling the number again that's still shown on their website, now comes back as an incorrect number !!!!
11/02/26 - Reported via the Report Fraud website but as there are no other reports to corroborate they will not progress..
REPORT THEM TO REPORT FRAUD !!!!!

Utter failure

I ordered 7 bags of filler.

They should have been delivered in 3 days. I took almost a month.

I sent multiple emails to enquire about my order; no one replied.

I called to enquire my order; no one answered.

Finally, I got the delivery.

But it was only 5 items out of 7.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still showing as processing.
Emailed customer service and automated reply says they will attempt to respond in 24hrs but that was 2 days ago.
Tried calling help number but goes to answer phone.

The item has not arrived

The item has not arrived, a week after ordering. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. We have had no update or any response to our online query or phone calls.
