Boys wear have been fantastic hosts!

I ordered a size 16 years tuxedo on Saturday and on Monday morning at 8am, the company curtesy called me with a stock shortage on my chosen age and style.

They did everything they could to honour and help me with the purchase, in order to get it here on time. Delivery was today! And was placed where I specifically requested it to be, because I knew I was going to be at work upon delivery.

The quality of the 5 piece Tuxedo set was exactly as it was specified on their website (perfect). The pricing was spot on too! Absolute value for money!

Ordered a tux for my 3 year old. Great communication from staff in terms of options prior to despatch. Delivery was super fast too (arrived in 1-2 days) and the suit fit perfectly. I have recommended this company to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.

I have ordered a suit and after having waited for more than 10 days, despite having paid for a 3 days delivery, I have received a different type of suit! I had to return it at my own expenses! It has clearly been their fault and they still did not refund the delivery costs. Clearly unfair as it was their fault. Besides the suit that I received had a bar code label inside the jacket and the trouser with written RENT, and the labels did not look new at all! I think that the suit had been previously rented so I paid for a suit that was used while with the same money i could get a new one elsewhere!

Excellent customer service. What a lovely company with very easy, personal communication. Harry was bending over backwards to find what we needed, only for the ball to be postponed due to the latest COVID changes, but we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for your help Harry :-)
