I had a problem with my bank account which was no fault of mine. So when I took it to the manager of the shop in Motherwell Lorraine delt with it very professionally and politely and the problem was solved in quick time. I was very happy with the outcome

The response I received in the past has been less than good but I’m glad to report that lately it has improved dramatically, 100% which is great and proves to me that people are listening and reacting in in a positive manner

Advertised boosted price but wouldn’t let me place the bet

Very disappointing experience with BoyleSports today.

I attempted to place a bet on a boosted price that was actively being advertised on their platform. When the bet wasn’t accepted, I contacted customer service to find out why.

I was specifically told that there was no restriction on my account, but that the traders had decided not to accept the bet because the market was apparently “full.”

That makes very little sense from a customer’s perspective. If a boosted price is still being actively displayed and promoted to customers, why advertise it if customers attempting to take that price can simply be refused?

I explained this to customer service and suggested that if the offer was no longer genuinely available, it should be removed rather than continuing to be displayed.

I understand that bookmakers have trading limits and reserve the right to refuse bets, but advertising an attractive boosted price and then declining the bet while confirming that the customer’s account isn’t restricted leaves a very poor impression.

Promotions should be clear and transparent about availability and limitations.

Unfortunately, this experience has seriously reduced my confidence in using BoyleSports for future bets.

Poor customer service. It's so difficult to contact Boylesports to clarify or query bets. Long queues on live chat and when you send a message or email an automatic response says they aim to respond within 12 hours….but this never happens, can take weeks just to get a response to a simple query. Used to be better….gone downhill.

They refuse to give welcome offer. Because they say I used pre-paid debit cart to deposit £10 and it's never mention about anywhere while I click signup.

The person refused to help. Avoid at all cost. Very bad customer service, you will have trouble on withdraw as well

Absolutely terrible. I have made many deposits and no returns like other reviews 'if' you get a bonus it never pays out much or anything. And don't get me started on any free spins they offer or spend this much and get such an such free spins cause that is rubbish as well. I played a 100 free spins on big bass game once and won 35p like come on 😂 closing my account for sure, not having another penny out of me!

7The match day atmosphere (Manchester Utd v Leeds Utd) and game were great and the Boyle sport caps were a lovely treat for my kids. I did send on an email that was meant to be constructive criticism for future events that I was told was sent on to your marketing people for reply. No reply has been forthcoming. Again to repeat, for future events the match day programme contained a list of players for both teams, however, there were no numbers attached to the players. While I knew most of the Leeds players, I struggled with many of the Manchester players. A player list with numbers would have improved the overall experience. One for the future! Thanks again

Boylesports has improved greatly over the last few years with plenty of incentives along the way.
