Ordered two jumpers one was in plastic…
Ordered two jumpers one was in plastic the other was loose in the package. The one that was loose was absolute stinking like it had been worn. I emailed them and got no answer to date.
Horrendous customer services
I ordered a few items, a t shirt came stained, I have informed Boy London providing photos upon delivery.
Firstly no response, when I chased up my email Amar replied saying that they could not produce a return label as they were having issues, I was told to go to a post office and pay to return it after paying to have the stained garment sent to me (which should have been checked before posting out). I explained this was not possible for me to do and absolutely no response. I am now the proud owner of a stained t shirt from Boy London as they are not able to provide any labels or customer responses.
Failed to Deliver
I ordered gifts on Friday 1st Nov before the 1 PM cutoff for next day delivery.
Zero since.
I've emailed and phoned twice. The 'Customer Service' number you gets you through to a sales team with no (claimed) visibility of the despatch side.
You can actually hear the operators roll their eyes as you bore them with your problem.
So, no goods & no comms. Full spectrum fail.
STAY AWAY!
In a nutshell... I bought a top. Immediately put it on. Sat on sofa. Not long after, I got up and the back print came off the top and imbedded itself into my leather sofa. Emails back and forth, trying to pawn me off... sometimes a week goes by without a reply. I have now sent the issue to trading standards.
Such a shame, as I have been a loyal customer for so long... but I won't ever buy from them again. Horrendous customer care.
UPDATE 30/10/24
This is now in the hands of Trading Standards. I will update this review as things change.
Abysmal
I ordered two pieces of clothing at the end of July. Was supposed to be delivered by DPD. I got a notification saying it has been delivered, I went to go and check but nothing was outside so I called DPD and they said that they have sent it back to the sender. I then emailed Boy London asking them why it has been sent back and if they were able to re-send it. I haven't had a reply back from them in two weeks now. I have emailed them twice, wrote a message on their help page on the website hoping someone is going to contact me - of course not, and I tried calling twice but no answer.
good customer service - exchanged without hassle
ordered an item that ended up being too big - contacted about an exchange, sent it back, new item arrived - all went to plan :-)
I first wore a Boy t-shirt back in 1987(?) so this was a nice throwback to my youth!

Been ordering BOY for years and I am still obsessed. A staple brand in my wardrobe.
Poor customer service
The clothes are really good quality but this review is more about the customer support. It has put me off and I won’t be buying anymore from this company or its sister company criminal damage.
A couple days after being informed that my package was on its way to the delivery partner, I noticed the post code was slightly wrong. Tried to contact the shipping company who advised BOY should contact them.
I had reached out to them by email and the enquiry form on their website but didn’t hear back for 2 whole days.
By this point the items were on the way, and fortunately I was given the option to pick my package up from my local supermarket instead once the package was out for delivery.
I just checked my emails and they have now responded. The email made absolutely no sense, they blamed me for entering the wrong post code and they called me by the complete wrong name.
Lazy customer service!
Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Ordered 3 items. Got a notification to state my order was despatched. One week later...nothing. Emailed etc. No response. Eventually I found the telephone number. After several attempts I got through to someone. "Yeah"? "Is this Boy London"? "Yeah". "One of your items is out of stock". "States it's in stock on the website". "Well it isn't". "When will it be in stock"? "Dunno". "You've confirmed it's been despatched though"? "Yeah the system does that when the label is printed". "OK cancel my order then please". "You wanna cancel it all"? "Well yeah as you haven't even sent the items in stock". "Yeah right I'll do that then". Nothing happened. Chased it up again. "You're sweat will be in stock Friday". OK keep the order live then. Chased up the following week. "No still ain't in stock. Your orders been cancelled anyway". "Did you initiate a refund"? "Nah". It's a joke. Eventually I got through to a guy who sorted it out but it was painstaking. I'll never order from them again.

We placed an order for two clothes on the website and waited for 3-9 days for it. We never received it and attempted to email them, no response. I called about 20 times, no one picked up and it just said they were busy. Even up till now I still haven’t received it. Do not trust this, very bad service.
