I have nothing bad to say about BoxToPlay, the performance/price is the best, the reactivity of the support is fast and on point and the add-on included like the map without having to go to a third party is welcomed.
If you need to create a modded Minecraft like in my case I don't think you'll struggle to create a server.
They helped me with everything I needed help with and they respond quickly and respectfully and are the nicest possible.
I had a problem with one of my mods and they resolved it quickly and easy, they were also patient and respond quickly in Europe hours, very nice!

Basically you get 10 GB no matter which package you buy. The 32 GB can only be unlocked by them and believe me. They are not going to do it.
If you have a server with mods they are going to point out any kind of excuse.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with our service but you're a bit harsh and untruthful. Not all our offers have 10GB and no this is not a scam. The offer you mention has strict rules. You can have 32GB as long as the server doesn't have a memory leak and you need it, which wasn't your case at all. If you want us to reconsider your case, just open a new ticket.

A really good server hosting service with a low budget, The titan plan is really cheap in coaparison of other sites and it gives you full control of the server withnout paying more money.
Really stable Ping and my only conplain it would be that you can't chose the location of the server but for the budget and all the beneficts i don compain about it!
If you want a cheap and powerfull server to host modpacks, try the free trial and if you are good with the ping i Really recomend buying it

Boxtoplay once was a great minecraft server provider but it's not the case anymore.
-The server just randomly stops.
-The "unlimited" RAM is actually a shared 6GB (which is barely enough if you want to have a few people on your server)
-The support is almost non-existent, as if the site was abandoned. If you have a problem, good luck, you're on your own.
-If you want anything more than the server itself (like the MySQL base, the HD Viewer, the WEB hosting...) you can just sit on it since everything is broken (The Web hosting just stopped functioning one day and the HD Viewer plain never worked once)!
Anyway, it's a mess! You'll find way better elsewhere!
