I placed an order via Tesco Clubcard on 30th July, it's now 12th October & I have not yet received anything. I logged into my account a couple of weeks ago &, using the online messages, asked when I could expect to receive the goods, no reply so far.

Mixed feelings
Same as others found. Not despatched in the time stated on the website. Cocktails tasted good though and delivery expedited by customer service when I complained.
Placed my order a week ago and still not dispatch yet
Just wanted to share my own experience so others can be aware.
On Boxtail's website it says ''Order processing:
We process all orders Monday to Friday. All orders received by 5pm will be processed for dispatch and shipping the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.''
My order was placed on 7th June, thinking there would be plenty of time to receive before 18th for a father's day gift. Even till today which is 14th June, my order still has not dispatch yet.
Email customer service on 12th asking for update as didn't hear anything since I placed the order. They reply very quickly and said my order should be dispatch either on 12th or 13th and also mention to me that even after it has been dispatched, it would still take up to 5 working days for me to receive after I expressed my concern of not going to be deliver in time. Customer service has no explanation of why they can't dispatch my order, also not sure why it would take up to 5 working day to receive.
This is indeed a very poor online ordering experience. Their customer service respond the emails very quickly but didn't resolve my issue and I still don't know when would I receive this order.
Cat food pouches with fruit juice & spirits.
There’s no customer service. I sent them an email and never heard back. I noticed the subscription reply email address was a noreply@ address. The price you see isn’t the price you pay. Gift deliveries are advertised as £49 delivered. Then they charge you delivery.
The cocktails are nice. But they are priced at a premium. For that premium they seem low quality. They have images of nice foams and finishes but you can’t achieve these finishes with the kits. You’ll just get a monocoloured beverage.
At its core it’s fruit juice and alcohol packaged in plastic. For cocktails at home a cocktail recipe book and some simple ingredients could up your game significantly.
poor customer service
I have emailed customer service 5 times, as my order has not arrived after 3 weeks. I confirmed my address was correct after the first email.
The next 4 emails, trying to find out what has happened to my order, have not been answered.
Tasty cocktails but information on website misleading
Tasty cocktails, but frustrated by misleading information on the website. FAQs state "All of our cocktails are sold with a minimum of 9-months shelf-life". This is not true. The three boxes received today are BBE November 2023, so just shy of 7 months. Not particularly an issue, but I believe items should be sold as advertised. Also contradictory information in two different places on the website regarding delivery charges (have provided feedback but no response).

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
No training in customer service. Problem using my tesco vouchers on website .. emailed .. no response. Put a message in Instagram then got an email reply. Could not believe what I was reading quote ‘it strikes me you just weren’t reading the instructions properly!’ Then ‘we will refund this time but *please* be more diligent in the future’ and more! So passive aggressive, rude and condescending. Lost a future customer. I suggest some Customer Service Training before you lose any more customers.

Fab cocktails. Bought for a weekend away with friends.
Flavours were amazing. Good quality rum (which is very important for me) and great gin and vodka (important for the rest of the group)
Definitely bar quality cocktails which is hard to replicate at home.

Come in a nice box so look nice for a gift.
Good flavours and can taste the alcohol.
However, they are too small. I don’t have large martini glasses but looked like I was giving people short measures.

Boxtails had a problem with delivery delays this Christmas but their customer set was great and they resent the two orders to go direct to recipients via yodel to get there for Christmas.

Terrible customer service. Place and paid for an order for Xmas. It did not arrive. Contacted them 5 times before they responded. No phone number on their website. Still not sorted so I requested a refund
