I was disappointed that the engineer…

I was disappointed that the engineer for my original booking didn't show up but when the installation went ahead, the engineer Phil and his assistant were fantastic. The job turned out to be more complex than expected but Phil resolved it with great professionalism and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely consider using Boxt again.

I was greeted by an installer who after really good checks and testing took me through next steps.
He kept me up to date with information. He didn’t just come to do job he deliver beyond excellence service and gave us home we’ve almost fell out of love with due to deep problematic water systems.

His reassurance and willingness to come and deliver solid outcomes with full satisfaction weren’t just empty promises. Beyond amazing! - THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH!

Very good engineer

Very good engineer on the day very knowledgeable and helpful.
Would have liked a bit more information prior to the day - had we chosen the best products for our needs and what else might we have benefited from!

Very easy and straightforward to effect…

Very easy and straightforward to effect the online purchase of the Bosch AC unit I bought and to book the installation slot.
The engineers arrived precisely on time and completed the installation in a morning. We were walked through all of the relevant features of the AC unit after it had been fully commissioned.
The engineers from Boxt were totally professional and extremely knowledgeable and made an excellent job of cleaning everything up after the work was done.
I cannot recommend Boxt and their services highly enough and I will certainly use them again if the occasion arises.

Excellent

From start to finish excellent hassle free service. The installer Darren (great guy) was very helpful when I needed to remove the old plaster before the new boiler was installed and replace two radiator valves. All in all very happy with BOXT, I had never used them before but would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Warm again

Within a week of my old combi going kaput Boxt had got me set up with a new one, and at a good price too. I answered a few questions online, chose my boiler and got a quote. All very easy to do. I even chose my own fitting date, not me working around their dates. The guy that came to fit the boiler was very knowledgeable about the product, and a lovely friendly guy.

I had a quote for around £3200 for a…

I had a quote for around £3200 for a new boiler. They called me and said I needed to add Magna clean for £200 so I accepted the quote. They were aware it was a 2nd floor flat and I specifically asked if they needed scaffold and they said they would leave for the engineer on the day. They did not ask in the questionnaire for name and make of boiler. I accepted the quote and promptly uploaded photos the same day. 17 days later they called and said it would be £464 to remove the boiler and scaffold would be needed. I cancelled. I put in a complaint today asking why they sat on the photos for 17 days, and earned interest on my money for 17 days? No answer to this. If they had dealt with photos promptly I could have got a refund after a few days. As it is they say the refund goes through a company called Stripe and it could take up to 10 days! They have refused to send it any earlier. When I complained they said they won't be paying compensation, that is even before anyone has considered my complaint! I am back to square 1 and they have wasted my time. Go the tranditional route of getting a trusted household name or get traditional quotes locally. I thought I was getting hassle free but have ended up with hassle and needless delay.

The process from Inception of the order…

The process from Inception of the order through to final installation all within 24 hours. Absolutely impressed with the service from BOXT. The installation Engineer Richard was very thorough and precise. Attention to detail, work area was always clean. No trouble whatsoever. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process, which was hassle free and enjoyed being kept informed of the delivery of the boiler and how simple the whole process was from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of upgrading or changing their boiler. Thank you to the team at BOXT and the pleasant Engineer Richard.

Excellent planning and service . Impressive

Excellent planning and service from Wing and Dale. The pair of them are an absolute credit to Boxt and you should be proud of both their capabilities. Its unusual to see a company exploit talent like this for the customers benefit so make sure you harness all Dales knowledge and Wings desire to learn and do more. Would highly recommend.
