Unresponsive and not clear whats going on
I updated this review from 1 to 3 Stars.
In the end I got the sneakers I ordered at boxstock but... Let's just list the facts below.
09-05-2023
I order sneakers on the platform and paid via their website. The money was transferred but I didn't get any confirmation. Logging in on the website my order was hanging there but not paid (although I did). So I tried the chat bot which asked me for an order number (which I didn't get). I also send an email to the customer support email.
13-05-2023
After no response or update on my order I checked the web and found other bad reviews, so I posted a 1 star review here. Immediately I got a reply that boxstock will contact me via mail. This review was updated a few days later letting me know that the money will be returned and I should get my sneakers else where.

Still no reaction via email or a refund of my payment.

I get an email that the sneakers I order are on the way.

I get a package with the sneakers.
Great, still not happy with the experience. That's no way to keep a client happy. If there's a technical error in the system find out which clients where affected and send them an email. If you have a customers support email you have to react. Otherwise please mention on your website that all information on client accounts are bogus and clients have to be patient and will recieve no updates during the process.

We had suddenly a big technical error sorry for the inconvenience. All sorted out now and is working.
