Unfortunately the article was not a fit but the customer service was very responsive and efficient.

I had a great experience with box raw. I ordered some socks and unfortunately it came with a defect. I reached out to customers service and had good service. They were quick with response time and had no issues helping me. I will definitely be shopping here again. Good quality of clothing and worth it.

While I'm really happy with the quality of the products, the lack of clear, human communication has left a bad taste in my mouth, which is the reason for my low rating.

I placed an order on 6 December. The company’s website states that orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, but by 11 December I still hadn’t received any tracking information. While I understand this is a busy time of year, I just wanted confirmation that my order was at least on its way.

It took many, many attempts across multiple platforms (website, email, Instagram, Messenger) before I finally received genuine tracking details. Up until then, the only responses I got were vague, generic, canned replies from their AI agent (“The Cornerman”), which felt more like “The Conman” given how unhelpful they were. I was also repeatedly asked to confirm an “alternative email address” I’d supposedly used when placing the order — something I was never asked for at checkout — as well as my order number and postcode, even though I had already provided those details in my initial enquiry. Every automated response and a lack of real answers raised serious red flags and left me feeling like I’d been scammed.

The order did eventually arrive and in time for Christmas, and I’m truly happy with the quality of the products themselves. However, the poor customer service and reliance on an unhelpful AI agent means I'll think twice before ordering from this company again.

I received an incorrect item with my order, which was frustrating at first.
However, Boxraw customer support handled the situation professionally and compensated my return costs via their Black Card system.
While the process took some time, the issue was ultimately resolved in a fair way. Appreciate the support team’s help.

This company has its own vibes attracting boxers to collect their goods. Though it took quite some time to get my order to South Korea, it actually worth waiting. I heard that the company will soon launch a branch in Korea, and I will definitely be a regular customer.

I can’t recommend this brand enough. I had an issue with my order and not only did they sort me out but also promptly replied to all my emails. The styles and clothing they have also looks amazing too.
