Never got access to my tickets even though text said forwarded.
The event was postponed due to inclement weather.

Found out I paid more than twice as much as others for same tickets

the show was great and everything at slowdown was great only problem I had was one.the price of the ticket was 25.00 I purchased two for the show and it ended up costing me over $100.00 for the tickets u under stand taxs and all this but dang that was expensive.we had to print out our own tickets which why buy o. line if I still got to go print them off.that time and money do do this to.i just don't get how you can charge so much and give back just what we want.a ticket ..

Easy access, clear instructions

The booking process with Box Office Ticket Sales and Ticketmaster went smoothly. Having the tickets directly downloaded to my phone made the entry to the event effortless.

Difficult feedback about refund when I was not able to attend. First problem was my financial situation. I waited for 48 hours for a supervisor call back when I found out refund was small. I finally called and spoke to a supervisor myself at 48hrs. I found out I couldn’t attend due to health issues. She gave me the information that I needed to speak to a representative of the extra insurance I purchased. Your supervisor called me back at 78 hrs and left me a voicemail. I chose to pursue my refund with my insurance Allianz. Thank you for asking

We ended up with the best seats in the theater!

Performance superb but ticketing nearly impossible if you do not have a cell phone

Easy to book, and easy to use electronic tickets at the door.

The seats were semi obstructed view, but that was not indicated at purchase. I would have selected different seats, had I'd known.

CROOKS AVOID THIS SITE OR GET SCAMMED. Failed to reveal themselves as a third party. Represented themselves as the phone ticket ordering service for the Pasadena Playhouse. Agreed to the no refunds, cancellations or changes and then received an email that indicates they are a marketplace not the there's phone ordering system This deceitful and fraudulent practice is unconscionable. They claim no fees bu also three times above the there's price for these tickets. AVOID AT ALL COST ..These people are CROOKS!

Peter Noone was awesome. Totally enjoyed the songs he chose and singing along. Great seats.

Hello, my name is Feleina. I had purchased tickets thru you guys and the tickets where 105 a piece. I had purchased 2 of them. I had to go a little late due to work but got there mo state fair and up to scan tickets. The lady scanned the tickets and said your tickets were scanned already . I said what we just got here. The lady looked at the scan reader and it said 8:09 is when the tickets were scanned . I was crying by this time . The lady said go up the grand stand. So went up there and I talked with a gentleman and he turned and looked at the lady's in the office and said here's another one. I said this has happened before and he said yes . Your like the fourth person. Ok so what do I do and told me I'd jave to purchase 2 more tickets . So now Im out the 205 for the ones I bought here because I can't get my money back and had to pay 110 again to get in the concert. I will never use this company again. I have called 2 and my bank , and the grand stand and you all what gra d stand to email them something and they don't have that due to there systems reset every concert.

Fast service good seats but most important prices

The ticket purchase was simple. Concert was fabulous. Herman's Hermits were the best!!! Not really familiar with other group but good music. Best concert I have been to in 20 years.
