Scam don’t ignore the reviews or you will end up out of pocket and no sweets.
Poor and disappointing need reporting to trading standards I paid by visa and my bank are dealing with them.

Avoid do not waste your money on this company, no item no communication or response yet still taking my money from Clearpay, scam!!!

Placed an order on next day delivery for a birthday present, item never arrived luckily order through clear pay but Clearpay are also not being very helpful on getting the returns for the purchase. DO NOT ORDER it’s a scam

I would also put less then one star if I could I ordered via clearpay and I ordered the weekend before Halloween next day delivery no sweets arrived I so wish I found these reviews before I order funnily enough there website reviews are great which I assume are all fake reviews I have put a dispute in via clearpay and they are now dealing with this for a site with expensive sweets you’d expect them to have the decency to send but still to this date I have no sweets and I’m down money avoid at all cost I’ve also tried contacting via every Avenue to this company and have had no response maybe it’s time for trading standards to step in because it’s just another scam company

Ordered pick your own sweets for anniversary and paid for next day delivery. Sweets never arrived. multiple attempts to contact via chat with no answer, finally got through on customer service line only to be told the order has still not been dispatched due to an issue with their system. Could only be offered store credit for refund which is of no use as I no longer need the sweets.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered sweets to do pick and mix bags as favours for our wedding and they never arrived and I never got a refund. I ordered 10kg of sweets costing 79.99 on 19th June 2023. I got an email saying they'd been dispatched on 26th June but no tracking number. On 5th July I tried to phone the customer service line which is conveniently out of action. I went onto their website and spoke to 'Meg' who assured me the sweets would be with me by 9th July. Shock and surprise they didn't arrive and I had to pay £90 for other sweets from another website - wholesale sweets - which were fantastic and managed to get my order to Belfast just in time. I disputed through my bank and luckily got my money back through them. But please please avoid this company, I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered!

have had so much hassle trying to get my order delivered, I have messaged and emailed numerous times with no response had to dispute it through the bank in the end as I ordered on the 31st of august and still hadn’t received or heard anything over 2 weeks later after I disputed it through the bank on the 12th of September it got shipped on the 14th and delivered on the 15th which I’m convinced was only shipped due to disputing it this company is a scam should not be running to add to all this they got my order wrong.

Scam company, 3 weeks on I’ve not received my order. No answer to the multiple emails I’ve sent, terrible customer service. Do not use, if I could give zero stars, I would. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered.

Ordered 27th October for next day delivery still waiting and not had no reply back from the company as to we’re my order is just says processing absolutely no good customer service would never ordered again!

I placed an order on the website after having followed Box Mix on TikTok back when they first set up. After a couple of years of following I decided to place an order for a 4kg tub for our holidays.

After purchasing I decided to look at the reviews and I panicked. I see that recently the company has had a lot of negative reviews and I wondered if it was a bit of a scam. I did open a case on PayPal to get the ball rolling if it was the case. The owner did reply and tell me it was processed for delivery the next day (today). The tracking number was legitimate and I could see it had been dispatched.

Move on to today and although I had issues with the courier and I had to pick my order up from elsewhere, true to Box Mix’s word it came today. Checked our order and we are very happy with what we have.

I would say the reason I’m dropping a star is because of the website - the contact section is full of coding so not so easy to read. I also didn’t realise next day doesn’t literally mean next day after you order but it’s still come within 4 days so not bad at all. I’d say maybe just pop something on the product page? I didn’t need the product the next day but I was expecting it earlier based on my usual experience of next day delivery.

So thank you to the company - I will apologise for opening a case but we’ve had a good experience and in the end we are satisfied customers.

Placed an order for next day delivery and have heard nothing, have contacted on all social media platforms, no response (despite being able to write a facebook update during this time) have called, no response, have emailed and it keeps bouncing back saying their mail box is full.

Ordered on the 21st of July and paid for next day delivery. No contact from the company until the 28th when my order was processed, now my order has arrived today two weeks later.
There are items missing from my order and some wrong items sent. One packet of sweets and one bag of crisps open and all over the box also some items out of date by over a year. Would never order again.

Avoid this so called ‘business’ at all costs!!! I ordered on 6th July and I did it through Klarna as I do that if I don’t really know much about the company. More than two weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything, I tried contacting boxmix however their live chat was non existent and they didn’t reply to emails. Therefore I reported them to Klarna, and suddenly the following day they ‘processed’ my order. Funnily enough the fake tracking shipment they sent me wasn’t recognisable. I reported my order missing with Klarna, which they escalated further and were investigating it. Isn’t it ironic how nearly a month after my order, the delivery turns up today…. I can assure you I’ll never be ordering from them again. Only reason they seemed to pull their finger out is because they were being investigated by Klarna. Absolute shambles of a ‘business’. Save your time and money, find somewhere reputable to order from and check reviews first which I will be doing from now on!!!

I really disagree with everybody reviews here ..
1. The customer service do respond straight away in the chat
2. I made order was delivered to me within a few days
3. Sweet mix I didn't realise I ordered wasn't the correct ones but being a good business they are they have sorted this for me
If I could rate these more the 5 stars I certainly would highly recommend and will definitely pass on my recommendations :)

Would be 0 stars I'd possible they are scamming everyone out of their money I ordered a good 5 -6 weeks ago same as everyone else no response no item nothing I'm from London I know when I've been robbed lol I don't understand how their site hasn't been shut down yet

Ordered a bucket of sweets and paid for express DPD shipping as'faster' than Royal Mail. Received an email saying order was picked and I could track it... but no tracking number provided. Ten days later still no delivery and no answer yet from my email to Boxmix customer services or on the chat bot they have available. Very very bad service. Wouldn't recommend at all, in fact would recommend you avoid this overpriced nightmare of a shoddy company!

Fantastic Sweets and good drinks choices some stuff ive not seen around before which was nice.

AVOID!!! I placed an order on the 8th of February and it is now the 24th and still not received my order, nobody gets back to you on the live chat, they ignore your emails and also don't answer the phone, I got an email saying my order has been shipped via royal mail with a tracking number, there is no tracking number, and from reading these reviews I can see they have robbed a lot of other people, terrible company👎🏼
