SCAM! there is no one to contact and you will never get your boxes!

I order boxes many moon ago and they charge me immidiately and confirm the order, and gave me tracking number. The tracking number didnot work at all and after a week of waiting I tried to contact and in the firt attempt they picked my call and they told me they will sort it out. After that days pass and no response I email them I tried to call them they never pick my call and thats it... I will suggest other to value your money I have lost mine dont lose yours!

Brilliant customer service

First time I have ordered from Boxes2U, and I wasn't disappointed. I found the ability to order a sample first very useful as it allowed me to make sure the box size wasn't too small or big for my products. Once I was happy with the box size, I placed an order for more of my chosen box. Customer service from Boxes2U was brilliant, they kept me informed on the progress of my order and once it was dispatched I was informed on what day my order would arrive and given a time slot, so I didn't have to wait all day which is an added bonus. Will recommend Boxes2U to anyone looking for a supplier for packaging materials.
