I ordered the 5 plus 5 free (cause that is what every person would do!), but I only received the 5 pairs, not my size but xxl.
Tried their email address, inbox is full, phone number doesn't exist.
Don't fall for their 24/7 customer service claim, doesn't exist.
I am really upset that I failed to read the Trustpilot reviews before I sent them my money, lesson learnt.

Don’t bother. I can’t tell you if their claims for the material is correct as I’m not a 12 year old boy size. The boxer shorts - L - are like wearing razor blades. I’m 6 feet 2 and 80kg, slim build. The t shirts - L - are too short and literally like a spray on they’re so tight. I ordered socks as well - the only redeeming feature is that they failed to deliver 9 pairs. The one pair that was delivered were so thin I don’t think they’d last more than a day. Ps they’re from China and take about a month to arrive.

Ordered a size that I thought would have fit but were too small,wanted to exchange or refund but didn’t want to know,only offered another order at a discounted price,I find that’s piss poor customer service as you have a right to a refund or exchange,avoid and shop elsewhere.

No item delivered, no replying to emails.

This company has been dreadful in dealing with my purchase. They have ignored every single email and message sent to them,and there have been 5 mails sent to them so far in relation to this transaction. They have sent the wrong product. The products received are not what was ordered! It is impossible to get a refund or return the boxers so my money has been wasted. One of the products ordered the quality was shocking with loose threads in numerous places. There are no phone numbers on their website and all correspondence is blanked. Please be careful and I would not use this company at this time, when there are so many others selling identical product That will supply and communicate well.  such an unnecessary shame.
