The box is pretty useless. What's the deal with the small containers inside a larger when there's nothing to keep them in place? ANd the sauce thing has no function at all. Their website is also not working, so not possible to try to get an explanation.

This is a really great container, I find it keeps food warm, and i love the design. However the magnets are not strong enough, the spoon gets knocked off too easily. I wish they had used a mounted magnet strip instead of the two smaller ones.

Box Appetit offers fantastic, well crafted products, such as its lunch boxes. They are compact, all-in-one pieces. In addition, their water bottles are innovative and simply a pleasing on the eyes.

I like the products but with the thermas and spoon—I took rubber seal off to clean_-put back on—after That I was unable to get the lid off—it Seemed to pop—move a little. There is a problem with this thermas— i Am replacing it with the same one to see if it does the same

Ingenious and desirable product. looks to be indestructable and the spoon will be hard to lose.

Love Glass! Tap water does taste better with the filter. Very beautiful. Wish the home work set came with a glass bottle for both.

My college-age daughter bought her Box Appetit bento box several years ago and loves its design. She was very sad when one of the fasters broke off the lid and wanted to replace it. I contacted Black+Blum and learned that we were able to buy a replacement lid for a very reasonable price (a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the lunch box). It arrived in less than a week and my daughter is thrilled! The very cordial communication from the customer service staff and the quick response were awesome! Thanks Black+Blum!

Well made ; makes lunch a breeze to put together

The only reason I'm deducting 1 star is because there was a bit of a shipping snafu - the item was originally shipped to an address other than the one I had entered (although I could clearly see where the mistake was made). Fortunately, I received a shipping alert before the item was actually shipped, so I was able to contact UPS and have the item sent to me and me only. And now that I have it, I love it! The salad bowl holds an enormous amount of salad, and an appropriate amount of dressing. Perfect for bringing your own salad to lunch

I bought this because it is obviously churned out of the same Chinese factory which makes the great Hydro Flask food flasks, but was of a size which is not offered by Hydro Flask. It performs well, but I was baffled by one of the design choices; the flask is made of stainless steel, but the outside is coated in a transparent plastic. In practice, this means that the attractive and inherently scratch-resistant steel is covered in a material which is extremely prone to scratching and will look poor after a few months of typical usage. It is also surprisingly hard to get rid of once it starts to look bad. This is particularly baffling as it offers no advantage whatsoever over the bare metal (as used on the Hydro Flask versions) and adds to the complexity of manufacturing whilst producing a slightly worse finished product.

These folks make interesting tools for bringing your own lunch to work. I own a stainless steel thermal pot (for soup), a bento box (for packing lunch) and a borosilicate glass flask with binchon charcoal filter. I like all of them (although I just broke the flask...ARGH!. I immediately ordered another one).

Love your products, just amazing. However I wish Canadians. However, same deals and pricing the US & UK seem to.
My product "shipped" over 4 business days ago and there is no update. Why charge Canadians US prices when you're shipping within Canada?
When I checked out, I requested the status of your new thermos. Was told it would be months. Checked the next day and it was available. But I'd already ordered 😕 Would still buy if shipping was waived. Thanks for a great product.

I purchased two glass carafes w charcoal activator. One of them was fine, the other the cork broke when I tried to first take the cork out. Never had the chance to use it.

No issues at all with the lunchboxes and water bottle I ordered. Everything fits together perfectly, and with purpose. No issues at all with service or delivery.
