Poor quality fabric/product

Heavyweight "Egyptian" cotton? I don't think so.
I ordered two of their Men's Heavyweight Hooded Nua Cotton Robe. I ordered a size up and they were smaller than I thought. The quality of the fabric is cheap and not heavy at all. Unfortunately, since I had them personalized with names, I was not able to return them. For the same price, I bought replacements from Kassatex.com ... their robes are one size fits most and they are definitely a better product.
